Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in optical dispensing or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality standards and management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a quality and optical SME for internal and external partners.
• Oversee key production milestones and drive corrective actions when missed.
• Create scalable training programs for quality processes to hit breakage targets and reduce costs.
• Measure metrics against quality standards, develop scorecards, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Research to design fail‑proof production process solutions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure on‑time deliveries without sacrificing quality.
