Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach a team of Opticians, delivering exceptional eyewear experiences to customers.

You will measure, fit, and verify eyewear, explain prescription terms, and ensure products meet standards while fostering a collaborative, growth-minded store culture. This is a full-time role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in any applicable state.
• ABO-certified for non-licensing states or equivalent licensure.
• Experience leading an Optician/retail team.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers' eyewear needs and take measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and coach a team of Opticians, ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee store operations and HR-related processes as needed.
