Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach Opticians, consult customers, and ensure exceptional eyewear experiences.

The role blends leadership with hands-on customer service, aiming to elevate service standards and store performance. You’ll report to the Store Leader, supervise an Apprentice Program, and stay aligned with policies while fostering a positive, growth-minded team environment.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management position leading Opticians.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain eyewear terminology to customers clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor in a fast-paced store.
