Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach the Opticians, consult customers on eyewear, and ensure top-tier service on the floor.

You’ll foster a learning culture, drive optical metrics, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize staffing and operations. The role requires a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified where licensed), with 2+ years in management, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states; ABO-certified where required.
• Proven management experience in a retail optical setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and explain options.
• Take and record measurements; fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and requests.
• Explain prescription terminology to customers.
• Lead and develop Optician team; provide feedback and coaching.
• Oversee staffing, floor coverage, and Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and store operations.
