Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You’ll coach and mentor the Opticians, consult customers, and ensure flawless eyewear fittings and measurements while upholding our high optical standards.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll drive customer experience, oversee scheduling, and partner with store leadership to maintain compliance and a productive, friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Opticians on the floor and in-app consults.
• Take measurements, ensure accurate fittings and eyewear adjustments.
• Maintain optical standards and customer satisfaction across service interactions.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Oversee scheduling and store operations related to optics and customer service.
