Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach a group of Opticians. You will use your expertise to ensure precise fittings and outstanding customer experiences.

As a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified), you will mentor staff, uphold optical standards, and support store operations, while staying current with HR policies and ensuring a safe, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Experience in a management role supervising Opticians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians on the floor.
• Consult customers and explain eyewear options and prescription terminology.
• Uphold service standards and contribute to loyalty and engagement programs.
• Support store systems, inventory databases, and general operations.
