Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Quality Supervisor for our in-house optical lab in Sloatsburg, NY. You will monitor, evaluate, and improve product quality, owning facility metrics and coaching a team to meet high standards.

You will lead daily audits, participate in training, and drive adherence to SOPs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through quality. This role reports to the Quality Manager and emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience with people management in an industrial environment.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Work with the Quality Manager to monitor, evaluate, analyze, and improve product quality.
• Own key metrics for the facility including production breakage and return rates.
• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop employees to foster a collaborative environment and advance performance.
• Actively participate in training and development activities for production and quality employees to ensure SOPs and work processes.
• Complete daily batch audits in various departments to ensure quality standards are met.
