Job summary

Warby Parker's in-house optical lab in Sloatsburg, NY seeks a Quality Supervisor to ensure the lab delivers a remarkable customer experience by upholding quality standards and leading a trained team.

You will monitor quality metrics, coach staff, and participate in daily batch audits, driving continuous improvement and compliance with SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Strong communication and coaching skills are essential to develop teams and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control in large-scale manufacturing.
• Passionate about delivering quality products that meet standards.
• Experience managing people in an industrial environment.
• Analytical, with root-cause analysis and corrective action focus.
• Positive team leader who earns respect across stakeholders.
• Not on the LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Quality Manager to monitor, evaluate, analyze, and improve product quality
• Own key metrics for the facility including production breakage and return rates
• Manage, coach, mentor, and develop employees to foster a collaborative environment
• Actively participate in training and development activities for production and quality employees
• Complete daily batch audits in various departments to ensure quality standards are met
