Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach Opticians on the floor, consult with customers, and ensure exceptional eyewear experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high optical standards.

You will manage a team, drive service excellence, and partner with the Store Leader to plan staffing and programs while staying compliant with licensing requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Clear, effective communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Coach and mentor staff; uphold high service standards.
• Support store operations, inventory, and scheduling.
