Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a team overseeing the lifecycle of optical orders, from prescription approval to delivery. You will improve, measure, and report metrics to stakeholders, and align manufacturing with Warby Parker's growth plan.

You will manage a cross-functional liaison, ensure SOPs are followed, and drive process improvements to reduce variability and lead times while supporting new lens launches. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain with vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing team accountable for performance of the third-party network.
• Manage KPIs for quality, on-time fulfillment, cost, and inventory.
• Drive process improvements to reduce lead time from order to delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning to meet current and future demand.
• Support launch of new lens offerings.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Develop and train partners on SOPs for consistent manufacturing.
