Job summary

ASML is seeking an Area Manager in Wilton, Connecticut to oversee manufacturing operations in the BCELL area. Qualifications

• 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, preferably high-mix, technical environments.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-shift production environment is essential.
• Strong Lean/Continuous Improvement background with proven results.

• Lead manufacturing operations in the BCELL area with advanced optical production processes.
• Manage multiple work centres and coordinate activities with advanced expertise.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and internal procedures.
