Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Wilton, CT to strengthen manufacturing performance and support new product introductions. You will lead process improvements, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across factory operations with lean and data-driven methods.

Role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale production solutions while focusing on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in production/manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with data tools like Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive new product introduction activities and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and root cause investigations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Define and standardize manufacturing workflows across production areas.
• Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and program teams to solve systemic challenges.
