Job summary

ASML US, LLC seeks a Manufacturing Group Lead in Wilton, CT to head a critical production area for advanced semiconductor systems. You will build leaders, drive performance, and ensure safe, high-quality outputs while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coach frontline staff, and align objectives with global manufacturing goals, focusing on delivery, quality, and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least seven years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of people leadership and operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and quality systems.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent training.
• Experience using SAP, ERP systems, or comparable business applications.
• Hands-on manufacturing or equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Develop frontline leaders and technicians through coaching and career development.
• Translate factory objectives into clear priorities for teams and leaders.
• Drive staffing and succession planning to support business demands.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions and process changes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Partner with engineering, planning, logistics, and customer support to remove constraints.
