Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a WF Optics Product Lead to drive development and industrialization of complex optics in Wilton, CT. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance manufacturing constraints, and deliver key metrics like cycle time and labor hours while shaping Make/Buy decisions.

Interaction with senior management across US and NL sites is expected. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in a technical field, 5+ years in a production environment, and 2+ years of project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a high-tech production environment and 2+ years of project management.
• Experience interfacing with customers at technical/task management level.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate ERP systems and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand product's technical and business requirements, manufacturing constraints, and system applications.
• Create project plans integrating facility, tooling, and resource constraints with cross-functional teams.
• Blend data and team experience to estimate cycle time, yield, and labor hours.
• Update senior management on changes to time, Resources, scope.
• Provide risk analyses and requests to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Partner with WF Assy to facilitate information flow and rollout of initiatives.
