Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Group Lead, JG8 in Wilton, CT. You will provide operational and people leadership for a manufacturing area, ensuring sustained volume production, readiness, and continuous improvement.

You will drive quality, lean initiatives, and end-to-end performance, while supporting new product ramp-ups and safe, on-time output. You will manage Team Leads and technicians, translate the factory mission into team goals, and report performance and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment; hands-on experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and deployment experience.
• Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years with MS Office, SAP, ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned workcenters on-shift production execution.
• Leads and provides input to module output with two to 13 week production horizon.
• Ensure sustained volume output, quality, and cost performance on-shift.
• Collaborates with off-shift peers to achieve performance targets.
• Lead and develop Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians.
• Responsible for meeting area staffing requirements to achieve production targets.
• Performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
