Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Specialist to drive process excellence at the Wilton Factory. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, focusing on production execution apps and end-to-end process improvements in DUV/APPS and EUV environments.

You will lead design, testing, and rollout of processes, train end users, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. On-site presence in Wilton, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing or production environment, preferably within ASML or similar.
• Experience supporting or working with DUV/APPS and EUV factory operations preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, MES, disturbance framework and other production execution systems.
• Experience in project management, change management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for production execution, disturbance management and non-standard changes.
• Lead design, qualification tests, implementation and improvement of end-to-end processes.
• Analyze, document and optimize business processes supporting factory operations (e.g., SAP, MES).
• Act as primary liaison for internal customers in DUV/APPS and EUV factories.
• Champion process improvement projects and communicate benefits to users and leaders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and meetings for adoption of changes.
• Collaborate with IT, architects and domain experts to prioritize improvements.
• Translate factory strategy into short- and long-term process and application enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training for end users on process changes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data integrity and change protocols.
• Travel up to 10% annually within the US and internationally.
