Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Lean Expert to drive the Lean transformation in the Wilton Factory, embedding Lean philosophy and engaging people to continuously improve processes and boost business impact.

You will coach leaders, design daily management systems, lead cross-functional process improvements, and role-model Lean behavior while partnering with management to deliver measurable results in manufacturing and supply chain contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply Chain; line management experience preferred.
• 3+ years deploying lean in Manufacturing or Logistics in company-wide transformation.
• 3+ years of basic project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of lean transformation, process improvement and quality tools.
• Experience with Hoshin Kanri and VSM is a plus.
• Proven change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and part of its delivery.
• Head process improvement projects and implement complex enhancements.
• Challenge the change curve and define success criteria.
• Coach leaders and develop Lean behavior.
• Support business impact initiatives (e.g. A3s, 4Cs, Breakthrough Initiatives).
• Be a role model and partner in Lean improvements across the company.
