Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of production management and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned workcenters on-shift production execution.
• Leads and develops Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians.
• Ensures sustained volume output, quality, and cost performance on-shift.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve end-to-end performance.
• Provides input to short- and mid-term production planning horizons.
