ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT seeks a Senior Production Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement across factory operations. You will mentor engineers, define workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and manufacturing excellence in a cutting-edge semiconductor environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience working with enterprise manufacturing systems and production environments.
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.
