Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify their needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient history and perform basic pre-tests and vision assessments.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed of status.
