Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand in Wisconsin seeks a Doctor’s Technician to warmly greet patients, provide outstanding customer service, and help bridge our clinical services with the retail team. You will schedule tests, assist with eye care services, and promote eyewear products.

The role requires a 2+ year track record in customer service, excellent communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient satisfaction. Benefits and opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school
• Two+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and build rapport

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; collect patient history; perform pre-tests and basic eye tests as required.
• Assist management with patient concern resolution and keep stakeholders informed on job status.
• Maintain brand standards including housekeeping and lab area protocols; assist with lens edging and delivery timelines.
• Support timely delivery of eyeglasses and ensure accuracy of customer orders.
