Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at an on-site store location. You will support the clinical-to-retail transition, facilitate sales, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the retail and clinical teams.

You will greet customers, assist with pre-tests, and help process orders, aiming for accurate, timely eyewear delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster strong collaboration between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform pre-tests and basic eye-care exams as applicable.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in-store and in lab areas.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure accurate delivery and timing of eyeglasses.
