Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to serve as the first touchpoint in-store, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the seamless flow from clinical services to the retail team. The role emphasizes patient care, product knowledge, and strong teamwork.

You will work in an on-site store environment, engage with patients, manage appointments, and help ensure a positive, compliant experience in line with PEG standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school required or in progress.
• 2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services clearly.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and track order status.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
