Stanton Optical seeks a Customer Service/Front Desk Associate at our Cypress, TX location. You will greet patients, facilitate sales, and coordinate between the retail and clinical teams to deliver a smooth experience.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, and empathy. You will schedule appointments, conduct basic tests, and help prepare lenses and orders for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification, or currently enrolled in a related program.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and record patient history in the system; perform pre-tests and exams.
• Assist management with patient concerns and keep patients updated on status.
• Maintain brand standards, perform basic housekeeping, and support lab tasks.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Report equipment issues and ensure 100% compliance with service promises.
• Other duties as assigned.
