Stanton Optical in Texas is hiring Doctor’s Technicians to greet patients, identify needs, and drive a smooth flow between clinical services and retail teams while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Problem-solving skills to address patient concerns or objections.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry and identify needs to enable a memorable experience and promote services.
• Foster collaboration between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments, collect patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed of status.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic lab tasks and order fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery times meet commitments and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
