Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service to patients and support the seamless flow between clinical and retail teams. You will assist with pre-testing, prescriptions, and patient care under PEG supervision, while promoting products and services in-store.

The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, accurate patient information, and collaboration with PEG doctors to ensure an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers; identify needs and promote products/services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with complaint resolution.
• Maintain brand standards and conduct basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Ensure patient records are confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Assist with repairs, frame edging, and lenses to speed delivery.
• Support clinical and retail teams to achieve store goals and metrics.
