Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a friendly front desk teammate to support the Optical center team. You will greet patients, answer calls, book appointments, and manage patient files, helping ensure the center runs smoothly every day.

This hourly position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions with strong attention to detail. On-the-job training and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in an office is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
• Solid interpersonal relationship skills.
