Job summary

Shopko Optical in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Customer Service Associate to greet patients, answer phones, book appointments, and manage patient records with care and accuracy. You will support the optical center team, process transactions at the POS, assist with billing and filing, and help maintain a welcoming, organized practice environment.

Some evening or weekend hours may be required. Training will be provided on the job, and teamwork is essential to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
