Job summary

Shopko Optical Hutchinson is seeking an friendly, detail-oriented receptionist to support the Optical center team. You will greet patients, answer calls, and book appointments while maintaining patient files and supporting billing and administrative tasks.

This role emphasizes customer service and organization, with training and certification offered on the job. Ability to work evenings/weekends may be required as part of center operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous office experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with attention to detail.
