Job summary

Shopko Optical in Monroe, WI is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome patients, answer calls, book appointments, and assist with filing and clerical tasks in the optical center.

You will support billing processes, maintain patient records, and collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. Strong organizational skills and basic computer literacy are required; prior office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous office experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Able to work cross-functionally with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills are important.
