Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team. You will coach and develop Opticians, consult with customers, and ensure exceptional eyewear experiences for loyal fans and first-time wearers alike.

As a leader, you’ll drive optical metrics, uphold high standards, and collaborate with the Store Leader to manage staffing and programs. A strong focus on training, mentorship, and a positive work culture is essential.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management role leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on coaching and development.
• Excellent communication and a customer-service mindset in a retail setting.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Directly manage a team of Opticians and lead by example on the floor.
• Provide feedback, conduct development conversations, and promote exceptional service standards.
• Support store systems, inventory databases, and everyday business operations.
• Consult customers to explain prescription terminology and product options.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to forecast staffing and oversee the Optician Apprentice Program.
