Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team. You will coach the Opticians, consult customers, and uphold exceptional service standards while driving store performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states (ABO certification if required).
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills to grow and coach a team of opticians.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly.
