Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team at Hamilton Corner. You will coach Opticians, consult customers on eyewear prescriptions, and ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.

You will manage staffing, mentor apprentices, and promote a positive, compliant store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences and eyewear solutions.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO certification if applicable in non-licensing states.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a management role (2+ years).
• Passion for eyewear and retail.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians on the floor.
• Consult with customers to explain prescriptions and product options.
• Manage staffing needs and participate in the Optician Apprentice Program.
• Uphold service standards and drive optical metrics.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and safe store culture.
