Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead its in-house Optical team and coach Opticians on the sales floor. You will measure, fit, and explain eyewear products while upholding high optical standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will report to the Store Leader, manage the team, and help implement programs that boost engagement and service levels. A valid dispensing optician license or ABO certification is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Proven leadership experience managing Opticians and driving optical metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Consult customers, measure and fit eyewear with accuracy, ensuring optical standards are met.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to anticipate staffing and oversee Apprentice Program participants.
