Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management position leading a team.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Opticians and coach on the floor.
• Ensure optical standards and customer requirements are met.
