Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the Opticians on the floor, consult customers on eyewear needs, and ensure precise measurements and fittings to meet our optical standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with at least two years in a leadership role, capable of mentoring others and maintaining high service levels while promoting a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician required for states with licensing; ABO-certified acceptable where applicable.
• 2+ years in a management role leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and role modeling for service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Consult customers and ensure exceptional eyewear fitting and service.
• Oversee Appren­tice Program participants and development conversations.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on staffing, policies, and store operations.
• Uphold HR policies and maintain a productive, safe work culture.
