The ideal candidate will be a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified, with 2+ years in management, and a passion for eyewear and customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring top optical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development conversations on the floor.
• Strong communication skills to explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
