Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach a group of Opticians, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and precise eyewear fitting.

You will guide the team, maintain standards, and drive store performance while staying current with optical practices and HR policies. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and hands-on customer consultation.

Qualifications

• Current dispensing optician license or ABO certification where required by state.
• Strong leadership experience with coaching and performance feedback.
• Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge in eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Consult customers and take/record measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options clearly.
• Maintain optical standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Optician Apprentice Program and store operations.
