Qualifications

• Must hold a dispensing optician license or ABO certification where required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading Opticians.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Ensure eyewear is measured, fitted, and meets standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Oversee store systems, inventory, and HR policies.
