Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the Opticians, consult with customers, and guide the store's eyewear fittings to meet exacting standards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader, passionate about eyewear, and capable of fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment while aligning with Warby Parker's standards.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with coaching on the floor.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and eyewear fitting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Optician team, providing feedback and development conversations.
• Ensure high service standards and manage store optical programs.
• Interact with customers to explain eyewear terminology and products.
• Oversee store systems, inventory databases, and operations.
