Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach Opticians, consult customers, and ensure eyewear meets high standards with precise measurements and fittings.

You will manage performance, schedule coverage, and support store operations while upholding exceptional service. Must hold a licensed dispensing optician license and have 2+ years in management roles in optics or retail.

Competenze

• Must hold a dispensing optician license where required.
• ABO certification is preferred in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role within optics or retail.

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Meet customer eyewear needs with precise measurements and fittings.
