Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach Opticians to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help customers, take measurements, and ensure eyewear meets all optical standards and prescriptions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a management role, ABO certification or an equivalent license, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence. This role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in applicable states.
• 2+ years in a management role leading Opticians.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to explain prescription terms and products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Assist customers with eyewear selection and measurements.
• Ensure optical standards and quality checks for finished eyewear.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on staffing and programs.
• Uphold HR policies and promote a safe, engaging store culture.
