Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team. You will coach the store's Opticians, assist customers with eyewear needs, and ensure accurate measurements and fittings while maintaining high optical standards.

You will manage scheduling, drive service quality, and uphold compliance with licensing requirements, all while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with active certification.
• Management experience of 2+ years in optical/retail environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist customers by meeting eyewear needs and explaining prescription terminology.
• Oversee staffing, HR policy adherence, and development conversations.
• Maintain optical standards and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
