Job summary

Warby Parker in Lincoln, NE seeks an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team and guide customers through eyewear selection with expertise. You will coach Opticians, perform fittings, and ensure accuracy and quality in every pair.

The ideal candidate has a dispensing license (or ABO certification where applicable) and at least two years in a leadership role, driving excellent service in a fast-paced retail theatre.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician license required in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management or leadership role on the sales floor.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store's team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Coach, provide feedback, and conduct development conversations with staff.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and optical standards across fittings and measurements.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and adherence to HR guidelines.
