Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will work with patients to take and record measurements, fit eyewear accurately, and verify that finished eyewear meets our optical standards.

As a keyholder, you will open and close the store and mentor staff to uphold Warby Parker’s standards. The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience and supervisory duties
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and product options to customers
• Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring staff

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and ensure accurate fittings
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Open/close store as keyholder and manage daily operations
• Lead Optical team including Optician Apprentice Program participants
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and general operations
