Job summary

Warby Parker is hiring an Optical Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead the in-house optical team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will work on eyewear measurements, fittings, and answer prescription questions while upholding Warby Parker standards.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and help open/close the store as a keyholder, driving a positive, productive work environment for opticians and retail advisors.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with active license in applicable state, or ABO-certified if license not required, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear selections, take measurements, fit and adjust frames with accuracy.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and Apprentices, ensuring service and operations meet Warby Parker standards.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and processes; foster a positive team culture.
