Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team in-store. You will coach the Opticians, consult customers on eyewear, and ensure high-quality prescriptions and customer experiences. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO certification is required, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

You will drive exceptional service, oversee staffing, and collaborate with the Store Leader to maintain standards and growth for the optical department.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store Opticians on the floor and provide guidance as needed.
• Meet customer eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology clearly.
• Oversee staffing, performance conversations, and store operations.
• Uphold service standards and promote engaging retail programs.
