Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team, driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring precise eyewear fitting and measurements. You will be a keyholder, helping open and close the store, and guiding the opticians and retail advisors with a focus on service excellence.

You’ll mentor the Optical team, model Warby Parker standards, and collaborate with store management to maintain smooth operations and an upbeat work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong eyewear knowledge and product expertise.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide optical duties including measurements, fitting, and accuracy checks.
• Lead store operations and staff zoning to Warby Parker standards.
• Mentor the Optical team and participate in the Apprentice Program.
• Manage inventory databases and general store systems.
• Foster a positive and productive employee culture.
