Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead a team of opticians and retail advisors in a fast-paced store. You will help customers with eyewear needs, ensure precise measurements, and uphold optical standards while enabling great service.

The role includes supervising the Optical team, mentoring apprentices, and managing store operations and systems to support a productive, positive culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license, with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and manage store operations.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
