Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused team member to serve as the first point of contact in-store, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating smooth transitions between clinical and retail teams. You will support sales, appointments, and basic eye-care services while upholding brand standards and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments, record patient history, and conduct basic tests and assessments.
• Assist management with resolving patient issues and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards including housekeeping in store and lab areas.
• Edge stock lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
